I am transitioning out of 19 years (doing sales and marketing) in the educational publishing business (university textbooks). More and more learning is being facilitated through systems like BlackBoard or Desire2Learn. Churches need to be educated on the principles of marketing so they can more effectively use and strategize their communications. The weakness almost always is lack of knowledge.
